How to Roll up those Sleeves
All too often, guys mess up the roll of their sleeves. The goal is to look effortless but put together and the trick is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. With the shirt on, unbutton any button on the sleeve. Now, turn the cuff inside out, over the sleeve, and pull high so that any visible portion of the shirt that sits below your elbow is the inside of the shirt. Stop fiddling with the sleeve once the bottom of the cuff (by which we mean the portion of the cuff that is sewn to the sleeve) is sitting at the fold of your elbow.
2. Roll up the part of the sleeve below your elbow. We suggest rolling partly over the sleeve. In this way, your roll will pretty much start at your elbow.
3. Perform some final embellishments, such as messing with the cuff a bit — fold it over the rolls of the sleeve, stuff it into the rolls, whatever you like. Just look casual and easy going. You’re one step closer to looking perfect.

The 1st pic is headed there, but no rolling since all you’ll maximize is your wrinkles. I prefer the double roll over.
What brand of OCBD is that?
It might be a Southern or blue collar thing, but I see a lot of guys (not a particularly fashionable crowd, but a big enough group) doing a partial roll–I can’t find a good picture of it, but you basically fold back the stiff/thick end of the sleeve twice. On many shirts, these means unbuttoning the cuff and the button on the sleeve-slit above it, then rolling back to the end of that slit. It ends up laying asymmetrically on your arm. Prepidemic’s take?
