The highlight of the outfit here is the peak lapel jacket. Lightweight cotton, it’s a beautiful minimalistic piece perfect for summer. But it will test you, as peak lapels can steer toward unrefined when they’re just thrown on with any shirt. 

The trick, then, is simple. Throw on the jacket over any thin cricket sweater and dress shirt. The sweater, in combination with the peak lapel of the jacket, creates a great line from the vertex of the neck rings on the sweater all the way up to the tip top corner of the lapel. It’s a very subtle yet beautiful effect that both looks cool and lengthens your torso.
