Style Icon: Milan Vukmirovic

In an age where guys have become more and more specialized, there’s nothing more romantic than a Renaissance man. While most guys just dream about being able to do whatever they want, there are a handful of men out there doing just that. The first name that should come to mind here is Tom Ford who has famously gone from fashion designer to photographer to director, but we want to turn your attention to Milan Vukmirovic who just might be the most multi-talented man in fashion.

If you’re unfamiliar with the French aesthetitician, we’ll start by going over exactly what he does. Vukmirovic is the head designer for the Italian luxury brand Trussardi (both men and women’s). He also is one of fashion’s premiere photographers, having been tapped to shoot campaigns for labels like Armani and Hugo boss. Along with his photography he is the editor of the French and Italian magazine L’Officeil Hommes–which he started in 2005. Before he did any of this he launched the famous French store Colette and more recently co-started The Webster in Miami with Thomas Maier of Bottega Vaneta. Oh, and he designed the interior of The Webster, too.

For us, this isn’t the full list of his achievements as we would also like to draw attention to his personal style. The man can dress, it’s as simple as that. We love his creativity as he manages to pull off more “fashiony” items that most of us wouldn’t dream of buying. Not only does he pull them off, but he still looks very masculine which is quite the achievement. While we don’t expect you to model your outfits directly off of him, we hope Milan’s style can inspire you to be a little more daring when you get dressed in the morning.
