And what's the deal with their attitude? On their homepage almost all the way down they start threatening about how they can see that it's worn if you return it and that there are tell tale signs and don't even try buddy because we will know. What a bunch of bogus. And what is this Thousand Club? They keep score of how many people return the swimsuits and claim guarantee and place them in their little hall of shame? This must be, in more ways than one, the most customer unfriendly bunch I've seen in a while. That website is indeed terrible. And what’s the deal with their attitude? I've got more mixed opinions about some of his off the peg clothes which are of variable quality and fit. That said, I usually look in when in London and have bought the odd thing. His little freebie guide books on formal wear can't be bettered but his monster volume currently in bookstores is a bit of a rip off.
